In addition to early-morning and midday breakfast and lunch service, we are introducing the Night Owl—a relaxed, evening-focused experience featuring coffee drinks, wine, beer, light snacks, and acoustic music. It’s the perfect spot to grab a drink before dinner or enjoy a laid-back night out in Brewster. While honoring Snowy Owl’s roots in high-quality, thoughtfully sourced beverages, this new concept is designed to complement the vibrant local dining scene.
